When will I receive my product after placing an order?
Orders within Lagos are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, making us one of the fastest online shopping platforms. Our dispatch team will contact you to confirm the delivery time.
Do you have an office address?
Yes, our corporate offices are located in Isolo and Ojo, Lagos State, Nigeria. However, as an online store, we do not have physical showrooms. Once you place an order, it will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?
Zit Electronics Store focuses on convenience with our delivery service, so we encourage home delivery over office visits. We do have drop-off points if you need to return an item.
Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, shipping fees depend on the product’s dimensions and delivery location. The fee is calculated and displayed at checkout, considering item weight. Typically, shipping costs range from ₦6,000 to ₦9,000, with an additional ₦4,000 for addresses on Lagos outskirts (Ikorodu, Ojo, Badagry, Epe, Alakuko).
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our dispatch team will call before delivery. If you're unavailable, we can schedule a re-delivery, or you can designate someone to receive your order.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes, we can deliver to any address you specify as your ‘shipping address’ during checkout.
My items haven't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within our standard delivery time, please contact us at 09090160621 or email us at with your order number.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets our conditions. Note that returns or replacements are not available in the following cases:
- Damage due to misuse
- Used or installed consumable items
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Damage/defects not covered under manufacturer warranty
- Returns without original packaging and accessories
- Items marked "No Returns"
How long do I have to return an item for a refund?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is intact and in its original packaging.
I received a faulty item.
If there is a fault with an item you received, you may return it for examination. We will refund the purchase price if it meets our quality checks; otherwise, the item will be returned to you.
I received my order, but I don't like it.
As long as it’s within the 7-day return period and meets our return conditions, you may return the item to us.
I received the wrong item.
Please contact us to arrange a return. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition with all tags and seals intact. After validation, we’ll process a replacement or refund within our 7-day policy.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on personal hygiene products, cosmetics, underwear, jewelry, fragrances, beauty products, books, or toys.
